By providing easy access to our pricing information, we demonstrate our commitment to honesty and integrity in every aspect of our client relationships.
We spread our annual service fees across monthly payments, giving you complete clarity over what you'll be charged and exactly what's included. If we are engaged part way through an accounting or tax year, any catch-up work will be quoted separately. Payments are collected automatically by direct debit and will appear as IgnitionPay on your bank statement. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

Accountancy Services
Limited Company Accounts and Corporation Tax
From £125 pm
Statutory accounts and corporation tax return preparation, including submissions to Companies House and HMRC.
Company Secretarial
From £10 pm
Keeping your company compliant by managing statutory filings, maintaining company records, and handling Companies House requirements accurately and on time.
Registered Office Service
From £10 pm
Provide your company with a professional registered office and business address, helping to protect your privacy whilst ensuring important correspondence is received and managed securely.
Self Assessment Tax Returns
From £30 pm
Preparation and submission of self assessment tax return.
Additional self employments and properties at £100 plus VAT per property.
Business Support Services
Bookkeeping
From £50 pm
Posting and reconciliation of daily transactions such as purchases, receipts and payments. Price dependant on volume of transactions at £1.00 per transaction per month.
Digital VAT Returns
From £50 pm
Preparation and submission of VAT returns on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Payroll & Auto Enrolment Pensions
From £10 pm
Management of payroll and taxes. Quote dependant on number of employees at £10 per person per month.
Construction Industry Scheme
From £10 pm
Preparation and submission of monthly returns. Quote dependant on number of subcontractors at £10 per person per month.
Advisory
Business Review Meetings
£150 per hour
Discussion on business performance, how we can improve efficiencies and help your business grow. Topics include spending review, sales process review and software/systems review.
Planning and forecasting
£150 per hour
Reporting and advice to support growth including budgeting, forecasting of profit & loss, balance sheet and cashflow.
All engagements are subject to our standard client acceptance procedures, including anti-money laundering (AML) and identity verification checks. To meet our regulatory obligations, ongoing AML monitoring is provided at a cost of £2 + VAT per month per relevant individual and is billed alongside your monthly service fee. All services above include access to our accountants for quick queries and advice that can be resolved within 15 minutes. Should further work be required, quotes will be provided in advance.
