We invoice monthly to ensure you know exactly what you will be invoiced and the work covered. Payments are collected automatically via direct debit, shown as IgnitionPay on your statements. Prices are shown excluding VAT.

Limited companies
From £1,500 p.a.
Statutory accounts, corporation tax return preparation and company secretarial, including submissions to Companies House and HMRC.
Self Employment Tax Returns
£400 p.a.
Preparation and submission of self assessment tax return.
Landlord Tax Returns
£350 p.a.
Preparation and submission of self assessment tax return for one property. Additional properties at £100 per property.
Audit of Limited Companies and Charities

Statutory or Voluntary audit of limited companies
Company Formation
£150 per company
Register a limited company with Companies House, providing you with advice around structure and shareholdings, Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Association
Management
Bookkeeping
From £30 pm
Posting and reconciliation of daily transactions such as purchases, receipts and payments. Price dependant on volume of transactions at £1.00 per transaction per month.
Payroll & Auto Enrolment Pensions
From £20 pm
Management of payroll and taxes. Quote dependant on number of employees at £10 per person per month.
Construction Industry Scheme
From £20 pm
Preparation and submission of monthly returns. Quote dependant on number of subcontractors at £10 per person per month.
Cloud accounting software

Supply of Quickbooks and Xero accounting software.
Apron

Supply of receipt capture software, allowing you to email and whats app your invoices and receipts to us.
Cloud accounting training
£100 per hour
Bespoke training on Quickbooks and Freeagent.
Advisory
Business Review Meetings
£100 per hour
Discussion on business performance, how we can improve efficiencies and help your business grow. Topics include spending review, sales process review and software/systems review.
Planning and forecasting
£750 per day
Reporting and advice to support growth including budgeting, forecasting of profit & loss, balance sheet and cashflow.
All services above include access to our accountants for quick queries and advice that can be resolved within 15 minutes. Should further work be required, quotes will be provided in advance.
