Off-payroll working rules (IR35)
These rules apply to you if:
- you provide your services to a client through your own intermediary, or
- you hire people who provide their services through an intermediary to public sector clients.
An intermediary can be your own limited company (known as a personal service company (PSC)), a partnership or self employment.

Sole traders
As well as helping with the compliance and management services above, we can prepare you for Making Tax Digital for ITSA (Income Tax Self Assessment). This is scheduled to be introduced on 6 April 2026. It involves new requirements such as quarterly submission of self employment bookkeeping and business accounting.
